Paddock Farm was set up in 2008 by Nick and Jon Francis. We’re an unusual farming partnership as we initially raised pigs as a hobby, to produce delicious pork for our food-loving family. After receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from local butchers and restaurants, we realised we had found our calling.

We’ve always refused to cut corners or compromise on our principles and this ethos extends to all aspects of our business. Our farm sets the benchmark for welfare, animal husbandry and quality and we work with likeminded producers to stock beef, pork, lamb, poultry and game of a caliber that is second to none.


We love what we do and we are proud to have built a solid reputation for supplying excellent, consistent meat to top chefs across the country as well as delighting our local customers.
Over the years we have expanded our breeding herds and invested in the infrastructure to store, butcher and sell our meat at our own shop in Brailes, Warwickshire, now with online local delivery.
